Very nice hotel. Just about every amenity you could want. Our room was clean and comfortable and pet friendly. Staff was very friendly - we even got two cookies at check-in. . Easy access to Hwy 99, but not a lot of road noise. They also have bar food and a nice snack store, if you don't want to go out to eat
Ayanna is beyond an amazing leader and person. She went above and beyond to take care of me when my card had an issue and I couldn’t check in (yes I freaked out at fist) but she allowed me to hang out and get everything I needed done to fix the fraud issue with my bank, and I was able to get into a room and was treated like VIP even when I was frazzled and running around like a chicken with no head. This is the type of customer support and love for others we are lacking in this country! When I come back Ayanna gives manager vibes and if this company is smart she will continue to rise up through the ranks. She and the other staff made this experience great, and it started rough!
The double queen room on the 4th floor was great. Quiet and updated. The room is spacious and clean. A/C is a bit weird depending on the temp you set, but the beds are comfy, staff are great, and the location to the freeway is nice. Walmart superstore is 5 minutes away. Great decorations for the Halloween season.
Clean building, grounds and room. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Conveniently located just of CA99. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, hot and cold items great selection and comfortable area to eat. What a hotel experience should be. Will definitely stay here again.
Came here with my girlfriend awhile back and absolutely loved everything about it! They have an amazing bar, parking lot is well lit and felt safe. Did not see any strange individuals walking around. Rooms clean, staff was amazing. 5/5 stars!
If only more LA Quinta properties were this nice. Property was nice and clean from beginning to end. Check in was friendly and easy. Having a bar inside the lobby was an unexpected and welcome surprise after a long day of driving. The friendliness towards our dogs was an added benefit. We will definitely stay here again.
Absolute five star experience!!! Parking looked and felt safe. Walking inside the interior is beautiful, the receptionist was extremely kind and we were even given welcome cookies The room was clean and smells brand new!! Morning breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at any hotel ever!!!! Wish every hotel I went to was like this one, just perfection!!
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. During our stay for a nearby wedding, the day shift employee was especially warm, remembering our occasion and asking about our experience. The hotel and rooms were spotless. While it wasn't too noisy, the proximity to the highway made traffic audible at night. Dining options are limited nearby, but Lodi and Elk Grove offer a variety of choices just a short drive away.
